Meeting time always at 17:00 Prague Roztyly, bus station, platform No. 5, return around 18:00 will be specified. Arrival of own transport the first day at the earliest 18:00 (until 19:15). Pick-up of participants always on the last day at approximately 15:00, always after cleaning the rooms. Exams start at 13:15. Afternoon training of STM teams is also possible.

Our centrum Beztahov u Votic.
We sleep in 6 and 8-bed rooms, which will be heated.
WHO AND WHAT
The camp is intended for members of STM (Talented Youth Center) and STS. All STM members with a valid contract are obliged to complete this entire training or to apologize in advance based on demonstrable serious health problems. STM members are registered for this training camp automatically (by e-mail or change their login details, such as their own trip). Upon request, we will issue apologies to the school. At STM, no apologies other than at the signing of the contract and very serious medical reasons are accepted. The camp is focused on sports and is one of the more physically demanding.
Exams - They always take place on the last day, arrival required no later than 12.4. at 9:45. Upon agreement, the exam can take place on other day than the last one with a minimum attendance of 3 full days.
PRICE
For calculation, you can use the calculator. The price includes transport, food, drinking regime, training, accommodation and exams and equipment necessary for each technical level (doboks, tapes, paws, protectors…). The equipment will not be provided to members of the school who have not been at least two days at a camp for more than 13 months and have been in our school for more than 13 months and are at the same time 9 years of age or older.

Discounts:
- 50% every third and every other family member, GBHS teachers, lifelong members
- 40% STM members and STS members on mandatory weekends (whole teams at all times)
- 35% non-practicing, 15% visits from other schools
- 10% of your own transportation (5% one way) reported for 4.4.2022
- 10% for check-in and deposit * 1500CZK until 4.4.2022
- 5% of the whole camp
- 75% of the nominated refugees from Ukraine (On timely registration on the whole event, everything is completely free)
In the event of cancellation of applications due to capacity, we will proceed from people with the least days, taking into account the date of registration and payment.
The deposit is refundable only in case of an apology by e-mail within two days before the start of the whole event due to serious health reasons. Advances or full amounts can be clearly marked with the name and purpose to the school account 2001870779/2010(IBAN CZ53 2010 0000 0020 0187 0779, SWIFT FIOBCZPP). Or pay the teachers in cash. In case of cash payment and immediate need for a receipt, you should inform the teacher in advance. The rest of the amount can be paid on site no later than the first day of your arrival or to the account. It is not possible to apply any discount and take exams when paying for the event or additional payments until after the event. It is also not possible to take the exams with unpaid tuition fees.
WITH
SLEEPING BAG, school dobok (not beginners), paper, pencil, small pocket money possible, common needs such as for camps. From the yellow school paw, from the green school protector, from the black stripe knife. Visits from other schools, Ukrainian refugees registered to the school and current members of the repre (only for repre equipment) have an exception for protectors other than our school. TKD equipment can be purchased on site. Clothes and shoes for outdoor and indoor training. Bathing suit. We recommend a pillow.
NOTICE
- ban on valuables, ban on electrical appliances, with the exception of mobile phone chargers, which we do not recommend for children under 13 years of age
- Everyone will have their parent's number and health insurance card with them
- for children of preschool age or less single children from 1st to 2nd grade, we recommend attending in the presence an older family member. We consider mastering the clock, personal hygiene and recognizing the right and left side as the basis. The ability to communicate independently with the teacher and the support of parents in this is necessary. In the case of a severe violation of discipline, anyone can be excluded from this event without compensation. As well as leaving at your own discretion. Children are provided with a drinking regime and a functioning kitchen throughout the event, where they can go at any time. We do not recommend taking any other food with you except the plastic drinking bottle. Full shopping bags of chips, sweets and energy drinks, etc.… will be sent back with parents. Minors are not allowed leaving the campus, older only in agreement with the teacher.
We ask all members (also parents of preschoolers) to find at least a few days to pre-exam and take the exams. Especially members without participation in autumn and winter events.
